When I started at Cannonball Kids' cancer, the grant application process was informal and on a case-by-case basis. As the organization grew to over $1 million in revenue, there was a need to create a streamlined, formal process for grant applications. I researched and recommended software, created the online application, documents and schedule, as well as the award and tracking process.
